If there’s ever a miss, we own it. Our managers are local and responsive, and we address issues quickly, typically within 48 hours. We track and report recurring incidents to conduct RCA to reduce recurrences. For what we define as level 3 incidents, the entire leadership team is all hands on deck in resolving within 24 hours
We cross-train and shadow new team members before they’re ever solo. We have contingency plans in place as this is a high turnover industry. It’s rare that we miss scheduled appointments, but life does happen. We proactively communicate as soon as we find out, and communicate our contingency plan and timeline.
