TERRI PEPLOW
TERRI has a varied background in family and forensic counseling as a licensed counselor, and in Information Technology as a Project Manager. She is a military veteran and spent 9 years in the U.S. Navy Reserves.
She obtained her Bachelors in Communications from ISU in 1990 and Masters in Human Development Counseling from Bradley University in 2010. Prior to counseling, she managed large process improvement projects for companies like Caterpillar, State Farm and the federal government. She is a certified 6 Sigma Black Belt and a certified Life Coach. She is currently working on her Disaster Recovery Coach certification.
She has always wanted to own a family business and Mad Dog was the perfect opportunity to work with her husband and children and one in which she could use her process improvement expertise.

Terri and her husband have 4 children ranging in age from 16-27 and two dogs - a lab mix and a chihuahua.
JAKE BOWERS
JAKE is the oldest of Terri and Jamie's children and is a true go-getter and an incredibly fast learner. He worked as the Operations Manager for the previous owners of Mad Dog and was a natural at helping manage a business in the cleaning industry.  Jake brings his marketing and customer service experience from Maui Jim where he worked for 5 years with clients and suppliers throughout the midwest. Â
At 16 Jake began his first job working for McDonalds where he quickly rose up the ranks to Assistant Manager, helping train employees and implementing new procedures at various McDonalds in central Illinois.
Jake would love to help you with your residential or commercial cleaning needs!
JAMIE PEPLOW
JAMIEÂ has over 20 years experience in the transportation industry as a railroad engineer and most recently as the shop coordinator for Peoria Charter Coach. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in labor relations, supervising employees, working in hazardous environments and OSHA standards and safety. Â
He works behind the scenes at Mad Dog Cleaning to ensure our processes are safe for both employees, the clients and the environment and that we comply with all state and federal regulations. Â
Jamie is responsible for the maintenance of all equipment and is the resident vacuum fixer :-)Â
Jamie loves fishing, hunting, sports, and meat and potatoes - in that order.
JOANN BREE
JOANN, AKA GRANDMA
Is the office and organization guru and Terri's mom. She keeps the office in tip top shape and is one of the fiestiest 76 year olds you'll ever meet!
BETH PEPLOW
BETH is the youngest daughter of Jamie and Terri - youngest by 5 minutes - she's a twin :-)
Beth is a junior in high school and on the high honor roll. She is a setter on the MTHS volleyball team and has been playing school and league volleyball since she was a wee little thing. She is also a crazy good artist! She is witty, funny, and loves playing jokes on folks.  Beth helps clean several small businesses in the area and assists with many aspects of the business.
ALL THE KIDS
While Jake is part owner and Beth works as a cleaner, Adam and Maya also help out when needed.Â
Adam is an Illinois State Police officer and an avid weight lifter. He played baseball and football for MTHS and football for Elmhurst College as well as coached high school football for 2 years.  Any time we have heavy lifting needs, Adam is there!
Maya is a Junior in high school and is heavily involved in all things music - wind ensemble and jazz band where she plays trumpet; and chorus and madrigals where she sings soprano. Maya has been known to sing the national anthem for many sporting events in Illinois and even Wisconsin! She is always willing to help us out in a pinch.
